I want to make a spiderman cake for my son's birthday. As if the red and blue are not bad enough, the last time we used black on a cake, everyone's mouth turned black! I would like to try and avoid this. I only need to do thin lines on the cake to make the spider web. Anyone have any ideas??

I agree, the lines on the cake in black aren't enough to make everyones mouth turn black. I made a spiderman cake and didn't have any problems.
