My advice to you.... if you are looking to make REALISTIC gumpaste flowers.... take a class that will give you those results. Once you take a quality flower class, most people can take off from there.
I'll be teaching in Maryland in November.

Thanks for the reply guys. Yes and I have taken all the classes they have
to offer. They unfortunately don't have a class that pertains just to
gum paste. My instructor at the time said she was going to have the
class one day but didn't know when. The last time she offered this class
was in Oct. of last year.
Any chance you will be doing one in New Jersey? LOL.
