I am making a grooms cake- chocolate w/ Chocolate mousse filling. Anyone have a good recipe for chocolate buttercream and chocolate mousse filling? What i'm worried about is that the filling needs to be something that won't go bad sitting out for several hours at the reception.
Can someone help me??

Klaudya... For your receipe.. Is the pastry pride whipped or not whipped? I have tried the other receipe but it seems too dry. Maybe i am overwhipping it.
