a lady called and ask for a oval cake 2 tier 1 layer each tier the 13' pan and then the 7' chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting then poured with chocolate ganache i gave her a price of 40 dollars is that to much its also for friday and is just now calling

Well, looks like about 20 servings so that's right at $2/serving which is what I charge for my stacked party cakes. BUT with the double frosting I'd add at least another $5...maybe $10 since ganache is expensive to make.
Of course, you're probably about done with it by now!! HTH
