I lost the recipe for her buttercream recipe for the 4.5 qt. Need asap.

Here's the 4.5 version I used (as posted by pjaycakes)

4 1/2 cups hi-ratio shortening
4 lbs powdered sugar
4 tbsp flavoring
2 tsp salt
12 tbps coffee creamer mixture

Is the 4.5 bowl the "standard" Kitchen Aid mixer/bowl size? Or is it larger?I can't tell where to find out the size on mine (it was a hand-me-down).

Thanks! the last time I made mines I made a horrible mess!!! everything was falling out and I had to stop adding powdered sugar!

The 4.5 bowl goes with the KA that doesnt rise the bowl up...Mine has a handle on one side
