I've often come across posts where people ask what can be done with extra egg yolks or whites and I happened to run across this cookbook review for "Upper Crusts" on www.hungrymag.com.
According to the review, one chapter is recipes using egg yolks and another chapter for recipes using egg whites. Thought someone might be interested.
I did look on Amazon where you can preview the Table of Contents and it isn't obvious that last two chapters are about yolks and whites....so I'm just going on the review from www.hungrymag.com and I haven't seen the book myself to verify.
If you read the back cover of the book, I found it really interesting that this is not a book about baking bread but recipes using pre-made bread. I might have to look into this one...like I need another cookbook! LOL!
That's a good idea. I always feel guilty throwing away egg parts, especially since they're so expensive right now!
