Last weekend I attended a bridal show, and some bakery had this little cakes we could try, and OH MY GOSH they were sooo moist... And I could see that they didn't use any syrup to moist it.. looked like it was something special they added to the batter

My cakes are super moist. I use cake mix, pudding mix, a large dollop of sour cream and 4 eggs. The amount of oil and water depends on the flavor of cake mix I am making.
Mine are also moister if I freeze them if even just overnight.
