I love the cakes that are as interesting on the inside as they are on the outside.

I love doing that!! I always try to color the cakes on the inside to go along with the theme of the outside! For instance, I had a UCLA Grad order a cake for his Bday. I made the inside cakes blue and yellow with white BC filling! For a USC Fan I used Red Velvet and Gold BC!!

Such a neat surprise to cut into a cake and see a continuation of theme!! However, I've never been there when the cakes are cut...so I'm just imagining everyone getting a kick out of it as much as I do! Maybe they hate it in real life, but in my head...they love it! Hahahahaa
