I am doing a Disney princess cake next week using a Buttercream Transfer. My question is, after I put it on the cake can I go over the tiaras and jewlery with luster dust to get a sparkling effect? Thanks!
I've read somewhere on here that you can paint luster dust on butter cream as long as it is crusted well and you use a soft brush. The one I read about mixed the luster dust with vodka.
I was thiinking if it doesn't work you could pipe RI over the bits of FBCT you want metalic after you place it on the cake and then paint luster dust on the dry RI.
