I'm in the midst of a cake for tomorrow, and find I've run out of vanilla while I'm beating up my icing! (I know, who runs out of vanilla!?!?) So I go through some cupboards, and find a Bavarian Creme Lorann Flavouring. It smells good, but when I added it last time it made my BC too sweet. That was when I also had added vanilla. Anyways, I put 4 drops into my BC, and it is SO DELICIOUS! Not sure how many of you use the stuff, but I think I'll switch from vanilla!
