Unable To Post My Pictures

Hello everyone. I have been trying to upload pictures for a while now and I am unable to do so. I get a yellow sign that says upload error. I have tried doing this from home and work and have tried various pictures and have not be able to. Can someone pls help me in trying to figure out whats going on pls?

This was happening to me too, but it was because the picture was too big. I need to resize all my pictures before I upload them here.

You can shrink you pics at www.shrinkpictures.com
