Cigar Box Top ?

hi everyone i was wondering if anyone knows how to make the top to the cigar box cake. i want to make one for my dad for fathers day i figured out the cake part it's just the top i am having a problem with. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

I think most of the guys that make the cigar boxes mold gumpaste over a pan of simalar shape and let it dry to form the lid, there's a few good cigar boxes in the gallery, do a search and you could PM the makers for info.
