I am doing a cake similar to the Mickey Mouse grooms cake - http://www.cakecentral.com/cake-photo_50887.html
I have poured the chocolate like this on a single layer cake before however I'm a little concerned about how to stack it without ruining the look. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. It will be 4 tiers (6,8,10 and 12)

It's a tough one, but if i were to make a similar cake, i would stack it 1st b4 pouring the chocolate.
This is an interesting topic, i would like to know what other pple say.
Try it out on dummy cakes to see how it turns out.. all the best
