Flour Types Question

I need to make a strawberry pound cake and I was sent a link for a recipe. The recipe is posted below. Could you please tell me if I should assume the flour is all-purpose, self-rising, or what?

2 sticks butter
1/2 c. shortening
2 3/4 c. sugar
6 lg. eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. vanilla
Red food coloring
2 tsp. strawberry flavoring

it usually means all purpose. Self rising already has baking powder or baking soda in it - check the list of ingredients on the bag. You could use cake flour but it is lighter and softer so you'd need to add more - the ratio is on the side of the box.
