I'm sure this has been asked a miilion times ,but the search isn't working and I really need to know. How do I make a tiara topper?

Find a jar that is round..like a peanut butter jar etc..Print off an image of a Tiara you want to recreate and tape it to the jar...tape waxpapaer over top of that.Pipe royal icing or white candy melts over top the lines of the tiara.Let it dry and repeat.If it is candy melts it will dry faster in the fridge.After it is dry gently untape and remove carefully.Dust or paint with lustre dust.

I'll say Thank You, also, since I have one of these to do in February and had no idea how I was going to do it!!

Kiddiekakes gives great advice. I'd offer that piping it in color flow may be better as it dries much harder than royal icing (great for lace points!) Also overpipe to give the piece strength. Good luck! icon_smile.gif
