I am making a cupcake bouquet for a local school bake sale. (I'm doing it to gt my name out there) the event is tomorrow but the cakes are not going to be eaten til at least sunday night maybe even monday afternoon.
I used an eggless recipe that i have (they came out great), how should i tell them to store it. If I make it in a flower pot people are not going to have room for that in their fridge. Do they need to be refridgerated? I used all shortning buttercream because I didn;t want the butter to sit out.
should i tyell the buyer to fridge it or is it ok to leave it out?
