sugarshack, have you ever heard of Miracle Cake and Icing or Penquin Cake and Icing from BakeMark? Is it a high ratio shortening? Or is it an icing made from high ratio shortening? icon_confused.gif

I have heard of penguin hi ratio shortening, but never used it. never heard of that icing, sorry.
