Let us know how they turn out! I am anxious to find out....
The cake flour works great. The recipe calls for 6 cups flour which I can never get more than 5 cups of AP flour mixed in. I used about 5-1/2 cups of cake flour. I added choc chips & M&M's & had to flatten the cookie because the dough will not spread. I thought it was very good. HTH!

did they puff up any? I am going to try it in a small patch
