I made a half sheet cake this weekend for a Customer and I thought I was going to drop the cake, it was so heavy! I use the extender recipes and freeze all of my cakes. Freezing them makes them soooo moist, but they are so heavy.... Does any one else have this same problem? Will this cause an issue when you stack them. I have only done a couple stacked and they were just for class. Normally I would dis assemble and give them away.
