Sorry, I know that this info is somewhere out there but can't find it. Can anyone either list the thread regarding it or just repeat the info for me please?

Is Rich's Bettercreme the dairy free whipped cream for decorating? Or is it something else? I want the whipped cream that doesn't have to be in the fridge. Also, I remember reading that some people got it at Sams Club? I just want to know exactly what I am looking for. Is there anywhere else that I can get it/order it?

Rich's needs to be refridgerated and can be found at Sam's - that's the only place I've found it and that is the only thing I use (other than fondant).

A decorated cake can be left out though - but I don't know for how long.
