I am looking for an Irish Cream Filling recipe. Maybe using Bailey's or Irish Cream Coffee Creamer. Does anyone have a recipe they will share with me. I am making an Irish themed cake and would like to torte it with an Irish filling. Thanks!!

I make Bailey's SMBC all the time. It's WICKED good. Just make a batch of SMBC and add the Bailey's to your liking. It's like eating a mudslide... mmmmmm.
