I have two pints of fresh strawberries and a quart of heavy cream that are left over from a cake I made. They are reaching expiration, and I can't see them go to waste. I am looking for tasty recipe ideas to use these items up this weekend. Any suggestions? icon_smile.gif

There are a million things you can do... but they don't have to be done now. Both items can be frozen if you want.

Whip up the cream, throw sugar on the strawberries, and grab some pound cake (homemade or store bought) and make strawberry shortcake.
