How long and at what temp do I bake mini cc's. I'm sure that it's somewhere in the big cc thread but I'm not going through 115 pgs...

same temp as usual - about 9 minutes

I also bake them at 325, so the top come up more even.

THANKS just_for_fun, I was wondering the same thing. I want to try one of the cupcake bouquets but have never made mini cupcakes. I started reading the 115 pages, but gave up 15 in.......
9 minutes at 325.......I'll give that a try!
