I made my son a chocolate cake for his birthday from the cake central site and everybody loved it. Have been trying to find it again but so far no luck.
This is what I remember
I think it used self raising flour
500g sugar
6 eggs
margarine
90g coco powder
410ml Soya Milk
The batter came out very runny and I thought I had made a mistake but it worked out beautifully.
I can't remember the exact words of the person that supplied the recipe but she stated that using the margarine and Soya milk made for a very moist cake
If anybody can remember a cake like this please post a link to the recipe. My children and I would really appreciate it. Thanks
