You also can mix together 8 oz of powdered sugar with 3x 5ml Gum Tragacanth. And then add 6 x 5ml cold water and knead well. Then put it in a plastic bag and leave over noght ( not in fridge).

I think copha is like crisco, right? what about cellogen? What's that?
