I need advice on how to do the chest on a bustier cake the cake size is 9 x 13 just wasn't sure what to make them out of where they wouldn't be entirely to large.

i make bustier cakes (in my gallery) using a single 12 inch heart pan and the sports ball pan. Fill each side of your sports ball and bake them, this becomes the "girls"... this is the easiest way I have found to do this cake... it gives a more realistic bust... remember the more batter you use in your sports ball halves, the bigger they are... HTH
