Hello! I just started decorating with fondant and I am doing my cousin's wedding cake with it. She wants the cake to be dark brown. Can I do this with fondant or will it be too light? Help!

Hi, you can use Americolor Chocolate brown paste. I don't know what the taste would be though. Here is the link if you want to have a look at the color.

If I'm doing it, I would use dark chocolate paste. icon_smile.gif

Awesome! Will it turn out lighter though?

I haven't tried that color, and I don't think it will turn light. They are really strong colors. I have the turqoise and ones I used it, and I still have some leftovers and the color hasn't changed a bit.

I'm sure you can use more or less, until you get the color you want. icon_smile.gif
