Sticky Air Brushed Cake!! Please Help!!!

I bought some Air brush coloring and used it on my sons birthday cake... Well, the color never dried... Is it suppose to stay wet??? Does anyone know what I'm dong wrong??? Pleae help me icon_cry.gif

YOur not doing anything wrong. I will stay wet on a fondant cake for a long time.

I have never had that problem, mabey you did to much at once? I usually do a light covering let it dry for a bit then do another covering until I get my desired color, put a fan in front of it, that might help? Hope it works!

It takes a while to dry on fondant. I have put mine in front of a fan after about an hour or so just to be sure it's good and dry before I touch it.

Thanks for the advice!!!! icon_biggrin.gif I'll have to try using a fan next time I airbrush...
