I just bought some fondant to make a cake topper, but what do I do with all the unused fondant? Do I just wrap tightly in saran wrap and store on the counter or do I keep in in the fridge?
I put mine in the freezer wrapped in clingfilm and inside a ziploc bag, I just got a bit out yesterday to play with ( ) and it defrosted really quick and was fine!
i wrap it tightly in saran wrap and store it inside of another plastic storage bag making sure i close it will pushing all the air out of the bag. and store it in my pantry.
