i just want to sell a few cakes just part time but there is a local coffee house that wants to use local bakers to put cakes and candies in the store but they have to have a business license what kind do i need and how would i get it. if i have to get the kitchen inspection "thing" then no way!!!!! i love making cakes for fun but would like to sell a few, but i don't want to turn it into a job that would take all the fun and enjoyment right out of it. can any one out there help?????

well if you're going to bake cakes in their kitchen you can get a license, but if you're going to make them from home you can't.
