i just want to sell a few cakes just part time but there is a local coffee house that wants to use local bakers to put cakes and candies in the store but they have to have a business license what kind do i need and how would i get it. if i have to get the kitchen inspection "thing" then no way!!!!! i love making cakes for fun but would like to sell a few, but i don't want to turn it into a job that would take all the fun and enjoyment right out of it. can any one out there help?????
