I have some 4 packets of frozen strawbeeries that I cannot keep it at the freezer since I'm waiting for my new refrigerator to be installed.
I don't want them to go all bad and was thinking of making the strawberry filling but ommiting cornstrach.I have heard if I add cornstrach to make it thick...it has to be used withing a week or so.
Now, my question is that my making a filling/puree of just strawbeeries, sugar and lime juice...can I keep it for long...so that I can use to upcoming cakes???
Please advice. Need urgent help.
