The couple I am doing a wedding cake for wants a monogram of their initials on their cake. Do I make this with color flow? What are all of my options of how to make this?

Thanks in advance!

Do they want it as the top ornament or on the side of the cake?
On the side you can:
-Make a disk out of fondant, gumpaste or colorflow- add letters with buttercream, royal icing, food marker, paintbrush.
-Pipe or paint directly on the side of the cake. I use an overhead projector for this but you could use the pin prick method through paper, letter press, or just freehand it.
-Print edible image
