My cupcakes have always come out domed, and I know how to decorate those, but I baked a batch today that turned out flat. It's no problem, but I'm used to decorating domed ones. Anyone have good photos of a quick decorating idea for flat topped cupcakes (I'm serving them tomorrow night)? I'm looking to use buttercream or ganache.
