I bought the Canon IP 3500 a couple of months ago when I saw a post saying that it was on sale. I LOVED having my printer. But after having it a brief amount of time (only used it 6-8 times), the black ink stopped working. I talked with Canon support and realized that it was a bad print head. They replaced the printer.This happened again.....the print head went bad again yesterday right in the middle of making cakes! I had only printed 6 things with it. I was just wondering if I am having bad luck or is anyone else having the same problem with this printer?
