I made the puffs, and the cream. I need them for Monday morning. Can I fill them this morning or should I wait until Sunday Night?
I wouldn't fill them until Monday morning. You can't really refrigerate the puffs for very long or they'll get soggy. The cream will also contribute to the sogginess.
yeah that is what I thought. I am also making cannoli's. I will be bringing them to work, and they will have to go in the refrig until lunch. I am birthday baker at work.
