What do you guys use to make fondant figures? I have been using Satin Ice and it seems too sticky for me. So, what do you guys use?

I always make Michele Fosters fondant. If I'm modeling, I add some tylose powder. You could add tylose to satin ice, too. It will firm it up and make it less sticky. The rule of thumb for modeling paste is 1 tsp tylose to 1 lb of fondant. You can add more or less depending on your desired consistency.

You also can use 50/50 Fondant and Gumpaste too.
