Hopefully someone can help me.

I need a recipe for a chocolate "pudding like" filling that doesn't need to be refrigerated.

Customer wants a castle cake for daughter's third b-day,but wants it a day in advance and can't refrigerate it. Any ideas for a filling would be great.

I thought about a chocolate mousse filling, but needs to be kept cold.

What about a Nutella filling just buy a jar of nutella and mix it with chocolate pudin or vanillia pudin hummmm. it doesn't need refrigeration. and it is really good.

That does sound good. I've never tried it. Do you make the pudding like normal?
