I vote for Choco-Pan. It's nice to work with, in my opinion and it kinda tastes like tootsie rolls. icon_biggrin.gif My hubby and kids actually sneak pieces out of the tub I bought at the Mid-Atlantic Cake show.

Choco-pan in my world!

I just finished up the 4 buckets of Satin Ice that I got based on its rave reviews here, and I'm never buying that stuff again... To be fair though, I have to say the dark chocolate version was the only tolerable one for me for taste and texture, compared to the white and the black -- the last stunk my pantry so bad I had to double-bag the bucket and store in the garage; not to mention its tendency to rip and tear on the edges and practically liquefy with addition of gel colors...

I used Choco-pan before that and liked it a lot better for all easy-to-work- with, taste and texture, ordering some this week.
