Thank you so much for sharing this method. Thank God for CC also. I am doing my first 3 tier cake and darn if that new Crisco is giving me fits. I had alot of air bubbles in my icing. Well, I was horrified. While I am happy with my skills, I hadn't done a cake in awhile. I followed the drama caused by the new crisco but am now having my own drama.

Ran out to Home Depot and got my roller. It is magic I say...just magic. I love the look of this cake! I am going to wow my guest and thanks to this site and Melvira!
