I just want to say thank you to everyone on this site. I have been doing cakes for 8 years. I quit my full time job last year to stay home with my kids and do cakes for others. It wasnt til about that time when I found cakecentral. Since then, I have learned a ton and improved alot on my skills. My girlfriend even comments how each cake I do gets better and better.
So.... THANK YOU 
for all your inspirations.
