I have heard some about wedding cake contracts. Could anyone tell me what they actually are and what should you write in one. I just started making cakes to sell and I'm not sure if I need one. Thanks for your time. Susie

here's a pdf of my contract. feel free to use parts of it if you want. you are in ohio, so its legal to sell cakes from home (as long as your city/township ok's it), so you really need a contract on large cakes. not just wedding cakes, but any large cake. it protects you and the client.
