I decided to type up to instructions for disassembling and cutting the Pooh cake . Its a 3-D cake and I want the customer to be able to serve it with out having to hack away at it.
Do these instructions make sense? I have included the pic for reference, if anyone has a better way of explaining it I'm all ears! Thanks in advance!

Disassembly and Cutting Instructions for Winnie The Pooh

1.Lift off head and set aside. Serves 2-3 (there are 2 toothpicks in the head, remove before eating)
2.Remove center dowel and support straws from body, discard.
3.Remove body and set aside. Serves 6-8
4.Remove â1â
5.Lift off "Hunny" Pot and set aside. Serves 2-3
6.Remove center dowel and supporting straws from present and discard.
7.Remove present, set aside. Serves 2-3
8.Remove supporting straws from base cake, discard. Serves 12-15

The cutting instructions make sense, but I would LOVE instructions on how you made the cake. I would love to make it for my son's first b-day. The cake is GREAT!

Your instructions are great--fantastic idea to give them to the customer. I bet she'll appreciate the time you took! Many people are intimidated at cutting a sheet cake, let alone a 3D cake! The cake is so adorable, by the way---great job!

Great instructions!!
You really took the time with these BUT my only problem is....
toothpics are small....will she be able to find them without mutilating the head? For me, I would have used those thin bar stirrers. I hate toothpics.

But everything else you wrote is amazing as well as the cake!!

The only thing I would add to it is the general location of the toothpicks in the head. I have visions of me making a mess digging around looking for those toothpicks LOL
