I seen this elsewhere and thought it was cool. I see that there are alot of people on here doing the weight losing thing (I applaud you by the way!)
So I thought about giving calories of popular things you eat/drink, and give something you can do that will burn off those calories...
For instance:
Brisk Iced Tea 120 calories, to burn 120 calories you can Run on a treadmill for 30 minutes -- 120 calories of fat burned [/i]
It definitely helps me think about what I eat when I think about how long I'll have to exercise to burn it off, i.e. 1 brownie=40 min on the treadmill.
