hello every body , i need help, i wanna make an ice creame cake but i`m thonking abt covering it with sugar fondant, can i do tht and if the answer yes how can i do tht pls help me as soon as possible , my sons birthday next week.

I have been told, and seen cakes done like that, and the fondant becomes too hard and the color runs. I wouldn't but I'm weird like that! good luck!
