Need Sugar Cookie Recipe To Make "cookie Bouquet"

Hello all!

I have an order for cookies on a stick, like the one's in cookie bouquets. I have tried my usual sugar cookie recipe, however, they're way too thin. I live in Colorado so altitude is an issue.

Any recipes/thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated. I just know there's a nice thick sugar cookie out there somewhere! icon_biggrin.gif

Here at CC go to recipes and look for World best sugar cookies they're soooo goood if you don't find it PM and i'll sent it to you.

Try the No Fail Sugar Cookies in the recipe section. I roll them at least 1/4" thick and they turn out great. I should add, follow the advice about rolling and then chilling. IMO it is the only way to do it.

I found the World's Best Sugar Cookie recipe. The search wasn't working as I expected, so just did search on "sugar cookie" and it was in the list
