I've not made pink ganache, but things I would try are
a) use pink candy melts or
b) tint my cream pink then add quality white chocolate.
Personally, I'd try b because I'd want something really tasty.

I've had success tinting chocolate pink, but other people have had trouble with the chocolate seizing, so unless one is using candy colors, this could work out badly.
