we are a separate group that formed to give "real" comments on the cakes that we have made. You don't have to do anything grand...just join and put three photos up that you want critique! You have to really want to improve to get "real" comments on your cakes. It's a really helpful group! I LOVE it!

It's soo nice because you get automatic feedback on what you can do better. We do not put you down, we just give you some constructive criticism on what you can improve on!

Do you all know how long it takes to become a gallery supporter member? I used the link from the thread "Want to be a Gallery Supporter?" at the end of last week but have not heard/seen anything yet.

nope...one of the moderators must've saw her request. You need to go to the thread in the Gallery Support Members thread to put in a request...I think there is a thread in one of the General forums as well...which is where you would go if you are not a support member yet. Look for a sticky!

I just tried the Critique Subgroup Member link on this thread too....you are certainly right...it doesn't work....Did anyone have the correct link? I am not a Gallery Supporter yet but did request to be...I would love to join the Critique Subgroup as well though...
I wish the Critique Subgroup was separate from the Gallery Supporters. They really are two totally different groups. Come on guys.......

I think you need to have a certain number of posts....I am thinking the number is 100...I was trying to check but just cannot find it in the forums quite yet....I will let you know.
I have not ever read anywhere that you must also donate. I have donated as well but have only just requested to be part of the Gallery Supporter Group...I was always under the impression that Gallery Supporters are members who are making sure pictures are getting comments. I am unaware of any donation neccessary myself...maybe someone else will chime in to let us know.

No donations are not needed to become a Gallery Supporter Member. All you need to have is atleast 100 posts than go to this link and then put in a request to become a Gallery Supporter. The moderator will then process your request.
