I'm doing a cake for a 40th anniversary for 12 people. It's a topsy-turvy so part of it will be cut away--do you think a 9"6" would be overkill? the 8"5" just looks small to me, though I know it will feed plenty.Thanks!
Well, if you know the smaller will feed plenty but still want to go for the punch of a bigger cake, sure why not?
