I am going to use rice paper on a wedding cake. The theme is very nature like. She likes ferns so I have ferns (on rice paper) that I am going to put on the sides of the cake with piping gel. I hear it looks very realistic on the buttercream. Does anyone know if this is true and do others recommend using it?
