I need an idea for a going away party. Actually, the lady is moving to a new department within the same company. Anyway... they are wanting something cute/creative with a cute saying. Any ideas?

lady riding on a file cabinet on a hand dolly being wheeled out the door?

or

lady still in chair and strapped to desk as a forklift carries it off to.....

or

a ladder motif (climbing to new heights / challenges / etc.)

or

"we can still do lunch" motif

or

"new location --- same **it" (oooo..I'm being bad)

I always like this inscription for a going away cake.

"You are leaving...but our memories of you will stay here."

If you have snapshots of things which took place, involving her, you could do a collage of edible images....or you could make a cake like a memory book.

sheet cake, with an office full of cubicles, viewed from above... show her crawling out of hers and maybe yellow dash marks leading to the other department...

If its a promotion you could make a ladder (main side parts fondant covered dowels, dried well ahead) sticking out the top of a cake with a lady near the top and put something like "Climbing the corporate ladder...good luck!" or something....
